THE GLOBAL COUNCIL OF 144 To manage and implement systems that serve the people of the world: Council of 12 Global Representatives: Appointed or Elected Council of 12 Elders (wisdom keepers): Grandmothers (6) and Grandfathers (6) Council of 12 Indigenous: Assembly of Tribal Leaders Council of 8 Delegates: Selected, Elected or Established by The People Council of 50: Expert Advisory Board Council of 50: Team Leaders 
THE GLOBAL COUNCIL OVERSEES fulfillment of new systems to eventually affect every society and aspect of life. It will monitor those testing out various processes to determine what works best, locally, globally and equitably for All, (supported by evaluation software, peer review and online coordination).
As more steps are taken and phases of the shift are completed, this Global Council may potentially become part of, oversee or eventually replace The United Nations as country lines and borders become less tangible. SOVEREIGNTY AND NATURAL LAW replace current oppressive “slavery” system, while tribunals and Natural Law Education assist us to implement new ways. Corporate government, religious and monetary systems focused around profit for the few, are bringing us close to the precibus of total extinction of planetary life, so severe that reparations must now be made and new systems implemented for thriving and repairing of all harm. THIS GLOBAL COUNCIL will operate in the highest frequencies of thought and intent (now confirmed and measured by HeartMath Institue). Every choice made exemplifies benevolent intent. This Collective will take on the great responsibility of determining ways to initiate sensitive changes that could possibly be destabilizing, unless done consciously and with intent of good of ALL, fully in alignment with Coherent Mind, Heart, Spirit and inspired action. FORGIVE DEBT/REVALUE MONETARY SYSTEMS TO BE EQUITABLE As pressure of false debt and taxation are removed and Human Obligation and Payments 1-11 implemented, world's citizens can move ahead with unfettered freedom to contribute to creative solutions through living abundant and productive lives, based more on soul intelligence than basic survival needs. THIS HIGHLY QUALIFIED MASTERMIND GROUP BRIDGES from the old to new ways of living and co-creating, and are well versed in details required to move equitably and gently forward, without being reverting to mistakes of the past. Many viable concepts and tools have emerged, offering smooth transition to a society based on Contributionism (if it is not good for everyone it is good for no one) historically called Ubuntu, from a successful Ancient African tribal philosophy, directly translated as “I am because we are.” AN ADVISORY TEAM EVALUATES various offerings, being sure to meet needs of communities around the world based on their cultural comfort zones, to start where they are, while assisting with harmonizing and assimilating changes in the global community. As new systems are implemented within model communities, these will help determine which methods are most viable, sustainable and adaptable.
